Any agent can find a buyer for a listing, but keeping the deal together until the final closing is where the agents do the real work.
"No Drama" George is the best at that. I am an experienced buyer/seller, and his dealings with me were calm and professional even when I was going off the rails with frustration with the buyer. As this was the sale of my last property in Tucson, I regret not being able to use him again.
